Exactly 2 years ago on January 13, 2011, I joined a gym and decided to get my weight under control. In May of 2011 I found this group. I think staying in here on a regular basis is a huge part of my success, especially now while trying to maintain. Thanks to all for the support and the friendship along the way.

Life style change started on Jan 13, 2011. I was going to lose 100 pounds by Christmas.
I lost 93 pounds by Oct 1, 2011 and am holding there for now. We'll see what happens.
New goal: To maintain at about 160 Final Goal: To decide if I need to lose more

Congrats Lin and happy healthy anniversary!!! The numbers on the scale are of course fantastic, but sticking with it and keeping those beautiful numbers is really the tough part for so many, and you have done a truly wonderful job with that.

Thanks everyone. You all made me blush! We need to hang in here together. If there's anything I've learned it's that maintenance is only a couple hundred calories different from "dieting." It's just as easy to do well, and just as easy to do poorly. I hope, as a group, we all continue to do well. Year 3 has just begun. I'm hoping for about 35 more. I'm grateful for the support and friendship.
