Because in three weeks, I am visiting relatives that haven't seen me since my high weight(for a family reunion) and I want to look as good as I can...Ok thats more like my reason for the month...but still...Haha

Because I keep GAINING weight even though I am staying on plan, so this is the discouraging time when it would be easy to give up... have to redouble my efforts and keep going

I have my official weigh-in on Monday mornings at my doctor's office and want to be as low as I can. My home scale says I am in the 230s (yay!) but I want the official word!

Because after seven days on the elliptical, today was the first day I was able to do it for 30 minutes without stopping for a break. I feel encouraged!
