January Goals

Happy New Year Everyone! The last 3 months of 2012 I got off track and regained 13.6 pounds, I am not proud of this, but it isn't the end of my journey. 2013 presents a fresh new year with three hundred and sixty-five days full of possibilities. When you look at the clean slate it presents what do you see? I see the opportunity to get back on track and continue the journey I started 14 months ago. I am starting the year 13.6 pounds lighter. It is not a huge impressive number, but that is 13.6 pounds I will never see again. This year I am going to continue the journey of health, healing and change. I'm feeling hopeful that my life is headed in the right direction.

Belinda, I am so glad to see your positive attitude!!

You are going to succeed; I know it!

My biggest goal is to keep encouraging you, my friend! So expect me at times to be :drill: and to :kickbutt: but also I will be one of your biggest :cheer3: :cheer: :cheer2:

My other goals are to continue to keep my calories between 1200-1500 calories per day; drink at least 3 liters of water per day; and exercise 40 minutes per day, 6 days per week. :D

My goal is to stay within calories or only go over by 50 cals or less unless it is a special occasion like my bf's bday or our anniversary.

I'm just starting out -- again -- so my goal for January is simply to follow the nutritionist's advice for eating and attempt to get a healthier balance in my life.

I'll be happy if I feel better, emotionally and physically, by the end of the month.

If I can lose 8 pounds, I'll be really pleased with myself.

And if I happen to lose more than 8 pounds? I'll be ecstatic! :D

My January goals include hooping for 30 minutes for 30 days, cutting back on caffeine/drink more water, eating smaller/better, and lose 5 pounds. I'm aiming for four pounds a month this year.

My goals for January: drink more water, start USING my gym membership & make it to the gym at least 3 days a week aside from my normal walks, and to lose 10 pounds this month.

I am doing well in several areas not so good in others.

My goal is to get back on the exercise wagon (so far so good) and to get out of the 230s for good! I would like to be 228. Also to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep a night.
