- a healthy day yesterday... am grateful. Also, I did NOT overeat yesterday which is often what I do after weighing on Wednesday. (Crazy mindset of "I have a week to make it up".) I am very grateful.

- good appointment yesterday

- I got up really early and took my thyroid medicine at 4am. So I can have dairy for breakfast. That's one thing I don't like about that medicine... no calcium for four hours after. It's cottage cheese for me. YAY

- I saw my little neighbors at the grocery store yesterday. They squealed with delight when they saw and ran over for a hug. How dear is that.. so grateful I have them around with Alex and Maya four hours away.

- my Kroger is remodelling... they had carts of things 80% off. I got lots of toys for Alex, Maya and the neighhorhood cuties. (for birthdays and holidays all year.)

- having enough

- a mostly healthy day yesterday - 90% on plan which is good. Grateful.

- all the rain is melting the snow

- Mike and Meg and kids are all healthy with no flu's and such at them moment... grateful

- today I could do my full exercises... my back is 'back'.

- I made an appointment with a new GP. I'll see her next month. I am glad to be 'rid' of a doctor I don't care for - for many legitimate reasons

* scale hasnt moved lately but measuring tape is so im greatful

*My job, it can be super stressful with two of three children with aspberger's but I could not be more thankful to have the job that I do.

+ above freezing temperatures are melting some of our huge dump of snow

+ went to the gym this morning although feeling rotten with a cold starting

+ finally think I've figured out the e-reader

+ Christmas is now almost stashed away

+ cold capsules are my friend

- a warm spring-like day yesterday. I loved seeing all the kids outside and the adults out gabbing too.

- Maya loves peas - she giggles when she eats them

- the sweet neighbor kids ran over to give me one of their cookies! I said no-thank you.

+ did not volunteer for anything at the meeting last night

+ made clam chowder - I'd forgotten how much I enjoy it - comfort food

+ I do have a cold but meds are making it bearable
