HI ladies!! I'm glad I'm back and ready to give and get some support. It has not been a good year for me so I am ready to start this new year off right!!!
From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: To Lose 25 pounds
Week one (ends Jan 5th):
Week two (ends Jan 12th):
Week three (ends Jan 19th):
Week four (ends Jan 26th):
Week five (ends Feb 2nd):
Week six (ends Feb 9th):
Week seven (ends Feb 14th):
I plan on accomplishing this by counting calories, cutting my portions, limiting my caffiene and soda intake, oh and coming on here for support because I know it works!
