HI ladies!! I'm glad I'm back and ready to give and get some support. It has not been a good year for me so I am ready to start this new year off right!!!

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: To Lose 25 pounds

Week one (ends Jan 5th):
Week two (ends Jan 12th):
Week three (ends Jan 19th):
Week four (ends Jan 26th):
Week five (ends Feb 2nd):
Week six (ends Feb 9th):
Week seven (ends Feb 14th):

I plan on accomplishing this by counting calories, cutting my portions, limiting my caffiene and soda intake, oh and coming on here for support because I know it works!

I would like to join in.

I would like to lose at least ten pounds. Wow... 16 pounds would put me in onederland. I don't know if that's doable.

Also - I'd like to stick with the Principles set forth in Beck Diet Soluton. (using cognitive ideas to improve the way you live with food.)

I like the idea of this challenge, one step at a time, setting smaller goals along the way. 2012 was a failure in terms of weight loss, but that will not be the end of it for me.

New Year's Resolution: By December 31st, 2013 I want to have lost 100 pounds, which is more than feasible at an average of 2 pounds per week.

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: I want to lose 12 pounds and be out of the 250s forever.

Starting weight: 258.6
Week one (ends Jan 5th):

Happy New Year everyone.. I hope everyone is doing great and on there way.. I'm trying so hard. I ate and drank a little too much last night, but I am doing great today. Taking some time for myself, getting a food journal ready, and planning some meals with what I have until we go grocery shopping next. I think it's going to be a good challenge for me to get going again.

New Year's Resolution: I want to be at 160 by December 31, 2013

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is:
Valentine's Day is my birthday! By the time I turn 34, I need to be down 14 pounds in order to be on track for my year resolution. That would put me at 266. I'm starting at 280.

Week one (ends Jan 5th): 274.5 8.5 pounds to go! Great first week. Thanks, stomach bug
Week two (ends Jan 12th): 272.5 6.5 to go
Week three (ends Jan 19th): 268.5 i have 2.5 pounds to go! and four weeks to do it!
Week four (ends Jan 26th): 269.5 Gained a pound. Crappy. 'tis ok, still only 3.5 pounds to go in four weeks to stay on track
Week five (ends Feb 2nd): 269.5 A stall. Still only 3.5 to go, and that's less than 2 a week . still on track!
