Next challenge could be Easter, as it comes a month-and-a-half later. Just a suggestion.
So no loss yet again, but no gain. I don't know why I am not losing any weight, as I am eating very well, fruits and veggies, planned meals, better controlled portions, no eating after supper, etc. My metabolism must be at zero to not burn more calories
But I am not giving up, eating well is part of a life change for me, not just for weight loss.
