Because it is fun to be constantly finding new NSVs and being able to come to this forum to post them; and to read the fun ones posted by others and know I am a part of it too
Because this time last year I was sharing with some close friends how disheartened and discouraged I was because of my weight. This year I feel my accomplishment and am headed in the right direction. I want to stay that way.
Because I'm losing weight with my Aunt who is not only 20+ years older than me but weighs 40lbs less than I do and she's STILL kicking my butt when it comes to dropping the lbs. I promised I'd beat her this week & I can only do that if I stay on track everyday which includes today.
Also there's only 4 more hours before I go to bed and the day is over. I'm not blowing this day just when the end is in sight.
Because I put back on 6 pounds from being off plan for a few weeks due to family and friends coming into town for the ceremony and reception, and I put my exercise and eating on the back burner. Now it's time to stop and get back on track, no more gaining.
Because I actually agreed to be in a short video at work today for a presentation, which I would not have done for a zillion dollars this time last year!
And because this morning LOL my boss emailed and said she would like for me to be one who is in the video if I was okay with it. We were told yesterday (by the upper manager) that we could say "no" but I was glad today that I did not have to tell my boss I did not want to do it.
