Talking One Reason to Stay On Plan~November

New month and more reasons for us to keep going! I love all of the reasons from October, let's make November another strong month!



One reason for me to stay on plan today is because I completed Day 4 of the 30 Day Shred and was able to finish without stopping! Now to go from modified moves to advanced!

Does anyone mind if I post in spite of not being 100 lb club?
I find you ladies so inspiring. I love this idea.

I will stay on plan today because it is day number one for me or a 12 week challenge, and I will start it off right.

To set an example & to be an encouragement to my hubby.
As many to of you know, just a week ago he was in the ICU of the local hospital. He is diabetic iwth high blood pressure. He'd gone in for a physical to update his meds...anywhos, his heart was beating totally irregularly. Dr. thought he was on the verge of a heart attack. He celebrated his 52nd birthday today & I'm SOOOO THANKFUL!!!!

Yes, I want to loose the weight my health & well-being but I also want to have my hubby with me for years to come. I figure if I encourage him, we can do this together. His health & my health are like conjoined twins in our marriage. I feel if he is healthy, then I too should be healthy.

I need to start reading this thread to remind myself of all the good reasons to stay on plan. Thanks to all of you for sharing your motivation.

Here's mine for today: because it feels great to be able to do 25 "real" pushups.

Because my husband can pick me up and I can wrap my legs around his waist, first time that has ever happened to me, which gives me more motivation so he's not struggling as much!

I love this NSV so much! Congratulations!!

Because I am taking my very active 17YO son on vacation in August, and I want to make him huff and puff trying to keep up with me! (Okay - I just want to do something super active and cool, like hike the Grand Canyon, without making him wish he was there with his friends instead of me.)
