Dear ladies (and gents)
I am officially going to get serious again.
Over the last few months I've yo-yoed uselessly - "trying" to lose weight, but nothing is really happening because I'm obviously not doing enough.
So grabbing the bull by the horns again.
I want to start being accountable again by keeping a daily journal with calories, weight loss progress and so on.
Question, would you keep a blog here, or have an external one like on wordpress? Is there advantages for either?
