Hi, everyone.

While I've been pulling myself out of a BIG funk and enjoying the fresh air and some fresh veggies, I was shocked when I got on the scale today. Instead of feeling bad and binging, I decided to read inspirational things. I somehow ended up here and decided to join. Cheers!

That's awesome! You're already on the right path and ahead of the game by not letting what the scale said bring on a binge. What the scale says is a number you have the power to change! I ended up on 3FC through google after pretty much saying "enough is enough" and taking myself in hand. Congratulations on the start of your journey and good luck with everything. 3FC is a great place for support, ideas, ranting, advice.

Life style change started on Jan 13, 2011. I was going to lose 100 pounds by Christmas.
I lost 93 pounds by Oct 1, 2011 and am holding there for now. We'll see what happens.
