I messed up with my eating so bad today ill probably be in here another week now lol

Edit .. I am really disappointed in myself for letting myself do this again I'm trying to avoid loose skin as much as possible and I know this constant yoyoing is adding to that problem and ruining my skin more so as of right now I'm tempted to starve myself for a week to make up for it but I know that's not good either and from past attempts only keeps the yoyo cycle going and no real progress so as of right now I vow to not cheat anymore on my diet and only eat fruits veggies meat and limited healthy carbs no fast food will go past my mouth no junk food or unhealthy snacks either like anything sugary or chips only making healthy choices from now on whatever it takes. I need this weight off in a year also to avoid more loose skin so it must be done no more cheating!!!

Probably what a lot of u already do but I have a very hard time not cheating I usually only keep up my good eating for a week at most then eat something stupid ill make a 20 day challenge to begin with just so I can make sure I make it that long and go from there

Hi everyone!

going2be, hang in there. Trust me, you are NOT the only one who messes up now and then! Only thing to do when we do that is pick ourselves back up and get going again! You have lost a huge amount of weight so obviously you are doing things right!! Hang in there!

Thanks misti makes me wonder if I didn't sabotage myself on purpose or something never thinking u will see that number on the scale and then when you do seems too good to be true and u get more lenient on yourself I need to stop doing that I really am making this weight loss take much much much longer than it should ill get right back on track though again
