Default Part 5: Getting out of the 220s and 230s.

Well I thought someone should start a new thread before we get kicked out because we are well pass the 500 post mark.

Keep up the good work ladies. I'm still inching along.

Hope everyone is having a good week!

I was in shock on Wednesday; I've been averaging a one pound loss per week but I somehow lost 3.75! I wasn't even expecting anything since I'd lost 2.75 the previous week. I'm hoping I can catch up to My Mid-Year to New Year's Challenge! I'd lost a little progress when we moved and my pace has been slow. Anyway, it's been nice to see a little extra payoff for all the hard work I've been doing lately.

I'm currently down to 232.75; I've spent most of my life at 250 or above so it's pretty surreal. I simply can't wait to get down to the 220's, and I'm so freakin' close now. I'm working extra hard this week in hopes that I'll get there soon.

Good luck to everyone, we'll get past this.

Hi all. I'm new to this thread. I've been yo-yoing around 235 to 237 for a while now. I've a relatively new job and I travel to another state about twice a month. I'm finding that staying OP when traveling is a lot harder than I anticipated.

Meka - thanks for starting the new one!

Ella - That's AWESOME!!! I'm trying to catch back up to my goals too, but I haven't yet. keep moving forward!

Garnet - We love new faces! Also, congratulations on your success so far!

As for me, I'm having a relaxing day. I took a break day form 30 day shred, but will be back at it tomorrow. Was a little off plan food wise, but only 41 calories. Wouldn't have been as bad, but that chai latte was SCREAMING my name.

Alright girls, I have some crocheting to do.. these orders aren't going to complete themselves!

I have had a lazy day and I don't feel guilty. Well maybe a little. :0 I finally broke my plateau and have been loosing steady. Now 232.8 I took an progress picture today and was shocked at how much difference there is in my face with 32lbs gone. I am glad I took a before even though I look horrible.

I may still walk my stairs for 30 min to burn some calories since all I did today was sit on my butt and watch videos. My guilty pleasure is the Xfactor UK. I love those british shows.

OK I need to share. I just took a new progress picture. The difference is very noticeable. I am not sharing with my family/friends that I am loosing weight. So I can't post on facebook . My parents know because they have noticed a difference and commented. No one else except my husband has said they see a difference yet. I do and I guess that who counts right?

So here they are.
First one I was 265lbs. I am really embarrassed by this but its good to see how big I was. Second is 232lbs what I look like well yesterday.

Wow, Lisha! That's a HUGE change. Plus - you're gorgeous in both pics anyway. =) Congrats on some great progress, and on breaking through a frustrating plateau.

welcome, Garnet!

Congrats, Ella, on picking up some steam! Those little surprises are so nice.

Thanks, Meka, for keeping us compliant with 3FC rules.

I am down a little. Not as much as I had hoped. But I also bought a size 14 blazer yesterday that I LOVE. I was going to buy it as a goal jacket, but it almost fits already. It's a little tight in the bust and upper arms, but it should fit nicely very soon. (I got somewell-defined upper arm muscles, but there's LOTS of fat there that I expect to go away soon. =))

Thank you for making another thread for us!

Hope everyone has had a great weekend! Lishar, you look amazing!

I've been staying OP over the weekend and I'm about to make some dinner for hubby and I, grilled chicken alfredo. I'm debating whether or not to add some carrots into it as well. I love carrots lol. I walked yesterday even though it was supposed to be a rest day and I went for a run this morning. My weigh in is tomorrow so I'm hoping for a good loss. Can't wait to be out of the 220s for good though!

Lishar - you do look great! It's awesome to see such progress already!

Slugger - you're SO close! I'm for your Thursday weigh in.

I'm Hoping for a loss tomorrow... of course TOM decided to show up today, day before weigh in, after being over a week late! Oh well - going to keep moving forward. I'm really starting to like my morning workouts... which is VERY odd for me since I've ALWAYS hated mornings!
