How has losing weight made you a better YOU? How does it better your life?
I have much more energy, can move easier, am much more comfortable in my own skin. I feel more confident in myself. I have pride. I can run up the stairs now and I'm not tired! So glad I am doing this, just wish I would have done it sooner!
my joints dont ache as much! i dont constantly feel bloated! feeling more confident! wishing i had tried all these new foods earlier instead of listening to others! knowledge is definitely power! learning new things every day for my journey!
So far, it hasn't. But, I've only lost 20ish lbs. I'm sure I'll feel some difference soon.
After a bit over 10% gone I can bend over and reach the floor without running into my stomach!
