Thoughtful Thursday (A little late)

  • How has losing weight made you a better YOU? How does it better your life?
  • I have much more energy, can move easier, am much more comfortable in my own skin. I feel more confident in myself. I have pride. I can run up the stairs now and I'm not tired! So glad I am doing this, just wish I would have done it sooner!
  • my joints dont ache as much! i dont constantly feel bloated! feeling more confident! wishing i had tried all these new foods earlier instead of listening to others! knowledge is definitely power! learning new things every day for my journey!
  • I can breathe!
  • So far, it hasn't. But, I've only lost 20ish lbs. I'm sure I'll feel some difference soon.
  • After a bit over 10% gone I can bend over and reach the floor without running into my stomach!
