Because I'm eating at Denny's for the first time since April and I'm realizing that it's effortless to get out of the booth . . . wasn't the same story 30 pounds ago.
By the way, all I'm having is plain oatmeal and a black coffee.

Because yesterday after my husband got off work, my husband noticed that I've lost weight! When people start noticing, you know that you are definitely making progress!

Because I was able to toss out all of my 18s!! Also I found my 12s, they are far from zipping up and feeling good on me but that added to my motivation! Goodbye 18s, hello 16s! Another step closer to being a 12 again!
