I don't know about the rest of you, but for me a brand new month always means a whole bunch of brand new motivation! So what's going to keep you on plan today?
One reason I'll stay on plan today is because I don't want to let yesterday's holiday binge spill over and turn into two, three, four ruined days! (I notice that I always tend to come back to 3FC when this happens, the support here really helps to get back on track!
