Because I'm only 4 pounds away from getting my BMI under 35. That's down from being nearly 55.

Also, I swear I'm noticing a difference in how I look and feel today. My "kitty got claws" shirt fits perfectly out of the dryer; it was way too small for me to wear earlier this year and while it's been fitting better, it hasn't been entirely comfortable until now.

Today I will stick to plan because I am putting it into writing - I am sticking to plan!

And, I bought a gown for a formal event which I am going to next month, and I need to lose 10 pounds to look good in it. I saw it at Marshall's, and couldn't pass it by. I need to fit into it!

Because when I was on two airplanes today, I actually had to cinch my seat belt tighter leaving about 6 inches of belt! Woot!
