Back after a break...
Hi everyone.
I'm back again. I haven't really gained anything back since I vanished the last time... but I surely feel like I have! I gave into the voices in my head who kept telling me they didn't want to exercise that day... funny they speak to me every single day! One day off lead to another which lead to a week which lead to a few months. Soon the days off of exercising made the voices that taunt me to "eat just one or two" become stronger and well I soon gave into them too.
According to my ticker, my restart is only about 3 pounds more than I was then, and now I'm below the weight on the ticker.
I really need to change for good, I have taken on my daughter's Brownie troop. We have 3 girls, and 2 of them are on the chubby side. I have no intentions of ever making them think of their weight... but I can set a good example by getting rid of my extra weight. ;)
Anyway, Glad to be back :)
