Ok, to start this off ... I hit a mini goal and can now comfortably wear a pair of pants that used to be too tight (woot-woot) So I go to the mini goal section to share... but then I read the other posts.... several are normal weight women with the goal of getting to the absolute lowest they can be without being considered "underweight"
I don't know... I just find that disturbing. Back when I was young and thin the so-called experts and their tables said I was slightly overweight... so I DID lose more weight.. When I did fall into the normal weight category I ended up looking sickly and suffered chronic fatigue as a result. Who knows... maybe it even contributed to my ultimate weight gains later on.
Anyway... I know that I am seriously overweight right now ... but I also worry that I could end up going back to when I was too thin (in my opinion anyway)
