I was pretty active with this forum a couple years back and then drifted away...and gained back everything I had lost and then some. I rededicated myself to weight loss January of 2011 and have made steady progress since then. I have lost over 20% of my BMI. I am working diligently to get over a plateau. As I'm sure you have all experienced, it can be disheartening to do "all the right things" and not see the scale move. I found a lot of support here in the past and thought I would jump back in.
