Well I lost the 2 lbs I gained last week plus 1 more ..total 3 so I am happy about that especially because it is TOM

I am officially quitting my Halloween Challenge. I'm not going to make it, and knowing that makes me feel really down. So, instead I've given myself a Christmas Challenge. I wish you all the best of luck with making your October goals!

I realize there is no way I am going to make my goal but I refuse to give up and I will continue fighting and will get back on track!!

Hey, where did everybody go? It's not Halloween yet!

I reached my goal of 268 a week early so I hope to be 265 on Halloween. That would make it an even 20 lbs total lost and it's worth giving up trick or treat candy for that.

Well, I went on vacation. I tried to eat healthfully, but well, I was on vacation. Back to the real world and being on track. 250 is still achievable for Halloween!

well Halloween is tomorrow and I am sad t say I did not make my goal..no weight loss this past week..I am doing a Thanksgiving and Christmas challenge so I hope to get back on track and meet my goals..Congrats to all of you who met your goal! Hope everyone has an awesome Holiday!

You are amazing Brandnewday! How did you lose 27 lbs so quickly? Congratulations and thanks for the Halloween challenge.

I met my goal and a bit more--20 lbs gone.

I'm wearing my Giants baseball jersey today in support of our World Series champs. They are having a parade in San Francisco right now--estimated 1 million people turned out to watch.
