Today I achieved a mini goal I've been working on for a solid month. I successfully RAN A MILE!!!!!! I never ever thought that I'd be able to do this, but I did! the scale may not be moving but I sure am!
So good to hear this! So many people quit after an injury, but you pushed through it and met your goal. Congratulations! I also really love your 100 goals in 100 pounds. Such a creative way to make weight loss fresh and motivational.
