203-206 here (yes, it's wavering, ugh) and so frustrating!
Jessica...Wow! Good for you on running! Been doing some major speed walking here (gosh that makes me sound old!) and working through some serious blisters, but very proud (and incredibly breathless) at the end 6miles!
I almost made it! Yesterday I weighed in at 199.8. I was on top of the world! Feeling super motivated, I got in a great workout & stayed fully on plan with nutrition. But this morning I was back to 200.1. I know .3 is a small amount, but that .3 crushed my onederland high!
Wow! Great to see all of the progress. Congratulations to those who have gone on to onederland!
I had my "introductory Pilates" course and I stink at it. However, parts of me are sore that have never been sore before, so I guess I can stand to build a lot of muscle. My flexibility is OK, but I don't have a great sense of balance.
Onward and upwards! Oh, I mean downwards.

215.6 this morning, but like clockwork I screwed up bad today. I hope I don't pay for it too much tomorrow. I don't mind a gain, but I hope I can stay in the two-teens. I hope everyone has a great, on plan weekend.
My scale at home says 199.0, but for me it's not real until it's Weight Watchers official. I'm going to keep working hard this week, so that I can finally see what I've been waiting so long for on Wednesday!
Strawberry Blond -- keep doing the Pilates. It feels great to get to the end of the class and be able to do lots of things that you couldn't do even a few weeks before. I've been spending the first week of most of my new exercises in my personal training falling down, but it's amazing how quickly they become easy for me if I keep going. That'll happen for you too.
Hey everyone. As expected, I had a gain, but it was much less than I expected. I weighed in at 217.8. I'll take it! Back on plan today. On Friday I started the 100 pushup program and today I completed w1d2. My arms are so sore! How did everyone else do this weekend?

I'm back on the wagon again but with a bit of a gain. At 218 today. BOO. But I'll just pick myself up and try again!
I have a triathlon on Sunday. Part of me is really looking forward to it. The other part of me is annoying that the start time is so early! BAH. But I'll do it and then I will be happy with myself. It will be my fourth! I think my fifth will need to be Olympic length. Yikes!
