Great month everyone! Thanks Sandi for keeping track of all of this!

I was totally motivated by Sandi & Holly's perfect month in February. Such motivation to see that folks can do these three things everyday.

Paula...I'm doing Weight Watchers. For exercise I've been doing deep water jogging and walking.
