Hi everyone. Today I'm beginning a quest to lose more than 100 pounds. I made the decision last week and I was delighted to find this website and a forum for people like myself.
My lowest adult weight was 105 pounds in 1981 but I have gained more than 100 pounds since due to a series of events... automobile accident, surgery, unexpected pregnancy all occurring in the mid-1990s.

I weigh 225 pounds and hope to lose 110 in 6-9 months, by increasing my activity level and reducing my caloric intake.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better and offering my support. (I'm a pretty good cheerleader)
