    Hello everyone

    I'm an "old timer" at 3FC but haven't been around much lately. Currently I am exactly 100 pounds over my target weight so decided I'd best jump into this section while I still qualify, ha. I'm sure it's a great group to be a part of, and I look forward to catching up on reading your threads and getting acquainted.
