- Saw the geese this morning
- Had a good rain last night - really needed it.
- Yesterday I kept my temper in a trying situation. I can not control others but I can control myself.
- Yesterday was an on plan day even though frustrated. Not letting my emotions lead me into a bad food day was a victory!
- Last night I cleaned most of the house after the grandchildren left.

Grateful for the low humidity where I live. It is supposed to be 112*F/44*C here in the Mojave desert today.

I am grateful to God for giving me the strength to go on when I am weak
for a family who loves and supports me no matter what
for my puppy who cuddles up with me when she knows I'm sad

I am grateful to know that there are so many more good days than bad. I'm grateful to know that I will get through the bad ones into some good ones. I'm grateful that greasy, bad-for-me foods make me sick now. It makes me happy that my body doesn't want that stuff.
