well today i'm the happiest bloke in the world. i actually did my first complete chin up. got measured and weighed yesterday. down to 220.5lb 37.5" waist. really pleased hoping to hit my target of 195 by the end of the summer. had a night on the beer to celebrate i don't normally drink gave it up with my diet bit queezy this morning
