I put this in the 100lb forum because I want specifically thoughts from people like me, with a large amount of weight to lose.
I have about 130 lbs to lose (on top of the 20 I've already lost!) and I started TurboFire this week. I am loving it, and I'd like to go the full 20 weeks! But I look like such a dork
(And my size I breasts don't exactly help matters
)
So - anyone done TurboFire? What were your results like? And did you ever feel comfortable doing the moves? (I can punch and kick, but jumping? No way!!!)
