I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale this morning. I got off and on again just to make sure it stayed the same!!! I hope tomorrow shows me a similar number I did manage to do pretty well over the weekend, with Easter dinner and all that too. Other than the binge drinking on Thursday that is...

I am so excited!!!! I got on the scale today ( which is my weigh in day) and I'm down to 276. I'm so happy that I lost 6 pounds this month. I know it's not allot, but I thought I was going to be the same. I thought I was never going to get out of the 280s. I hope it sticks and I continue to go down. I am so excited!!!! Easter did not derail me and I'm going to try extra hard so I can move on to the next thread!!

Silver, Congrats on your weight loss. Good for you! You are doing so great. Thanks for being inspiration to me.

Hello all.... Home after my 1st full day of work and I worked OT while the other 2 ladies in the office ate lunch (I ate my bar for lunch as I worked) and they left early. NOW what's up with that???? I am still learning this gosh darn computer system and the office system of being totally (well almost) paperless scan, convert to PDF and dump move, email cut paste yeah and calll people for info (ooooohhh a human voice!) LOL sorry.. venting... I walked my 2 miles tonight hoping that the stinging in my neck would stop... Not a chance...... These next few weeks are going to tell the tale on me... If the work stays this stressful..... I am gonna break and start eating the way I did. I AM going to do my BEST to NOT do that as I have done it over the last 35 years at work. So need strength......

Sorry.. I needed to vent and would say more but I hope tomorrow is BETTER.

Silverfire... you are on your way to the next thread and to you. Way to go.. BLAZE the way for the rest of us Thank you

Sassy.... you are a good good person.. Don't forget it... and you were rewarded too for keeping to your guns (weight wise!) I think you and I are gonna have a race.... You are in front and I gotta catch you!
