I stalled for a few weeks. It was my fault for letting the bad habits creep back in to my daily routine. But since I re-did my induction / prep phase, I've kicked my weight loss back into high gear. I hope it continues! For now, I'm riding that wave!

Well today is weigh in day I am at 280.8 ... So close to meeting my April 1st goal (280lbs). I did pick my reward for getting to 279 a massage-my favorite local place is having a special where you can get one for $33 (which is nice).

Also... maybe TMI... I have a Dr Appt (OBGYN) today. I got off Depo in Sept and got on Pills but haven't started my period yet. Last time I kept having problems the doctors (its a practice of a few) kept saying well if you would just lose 10% of your weight (320 at the time) all your problems would be solved. Well that would have been 288 and I am below that. So I can't wait to go in head held high and say I lost the weight

So today I weighed in at 283.3. After weeks of being stuck at 295, I am ripping through the 280s!

Ichoose... Oh to get good news from your doctor today! I am wishing that for you that they say that you will have your TOM again soon Oh I am hoping (tho pain free!!!) and GREAT on your weight loss. You and I are hand in hand. I got down to 279 this morning

joefla... Lord yes you are flying thru the 280's !!! for you! Now we all need to fly thru the 270's too

Good for us all. We are all healthier people and that is a fact!!

Hey guys.. I'm back from vacation! A little bit heavier, but not much. When I left I had just hit 276, but now it's 281. Blah!! But we had so much fun and I was so active that the number could have been worse.

Ichoose, your doing awesome! I believe you will make that goal. Your so close. Can't wait to hear what the Dr. Says to you!

Joe, welcome. You are doing so great! Keep up the great work. We can do this.

Sue you are doing wonderful. I hope I get to go to the other group with you guys. Lets Do This!!

Hello everyone... hope your weekend is going well...

Angie... welcome back hope your vacation was wonderful I can't wait for ours next month

Joe- congrats on being at 283

My doctor was so supportive (gotta love her). I told her I was going to try to start a C25K program. She told me to keep with the program. As for my health she wants me to get some tests done but she thinks it just a hormone thing for right now. I go for a sonogram soon to rule out any growths and the like. So we will see in a few weeks how things turn out.

natasha, I hope you and I both fly through the 270s. I have been here forever it seems like. Hopefullly tomorrow for my weigh in i will hit 279 again..lol..

Susie great job. I will be with you shortly. Unless my body decides to stop on me again.. Blah..

Well, last night at work was tuff. It's hard to come back from eating just whatever I wanted and then stop and think about it. I really don't like starting over like that, but I really enjoyed some of the food and didn't gain to much so I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
I hope you ladies are having an awesome weekend so far. I can't sait until today is over so my work week is over too. I did something to my knee and it's been killing me to walk, kneel down the whole bit. Might have to go to the Dr. we'll see..

Ok, I am starting to get really annoyed with these 3 lbs I have been fighting with the last couple of weeks. Since starting going to the gym 4 days a week the scale has not been my friend. I find myself getting off and on the thing and moving it all around my bathroom, desperately hoping for a better number. It didn't work I am really really hoping that its my TOM right away (feeling crampy today...) and a nice big whoosh will follow, but for today I am just fracking annoyed. My clothes fit better, and I am pretty sure I am losing inches (measurements in a couple days) but I really really would love to get out of the 270's soon!! Had to vent..

Thanks everyone for the kind words. For my weekly weigh in I was 281.5. Last Monday morning I was 290 (but I had seen 288.5 on the scale over last weekend). But still, that's the most weight I've lost in a week since my first week on my program nearly 8 months ago! And I was at 281.5 as of Friday, so that happened over the course of five days. Its like I went through an induction all over again.

I'll probably get back to a more realistic, slower pace weight loss now -- which I'm totally fine with. The faster pace loss was great while it lasted. But heck, even if I consistently lose 2 pounds per week I'll be very happy.
