Ok, I'm doing good this week. I have lost 4lbs. this week. And I am having TOM over. I am very happy.

4 lbs. that is awesome Bella.I never lose a bunch in a week. I am down though to 195 lbs. Slow but steady right ladies, and I am building muscle mass. WOOOOOHOO!

Down this week. I think that finding fitday.com was a good move for me, I'm actually holding myself accountable for whatever I eat, and have even found that the foods that are aweful for me and in the past I never would have admitted to eating, don't ruin my diet if I watch what I'm eating in other areas.
So total for this week: 211, down 1.5 pounds.

Up 2 pounds this week, however I blame it to me not drinking enough water this weekend as I was out all weekend.

I only managed to take off 1 lb. this week. Which I kind of expected after such a big loss last week. That and the arrival of TOM, I guess I'm lucky to lose even 1 lb. Hopefully next week will be better. I'm really looking forward to getting under 200 lbs. soon!

I lost half a pound --- and I'm happy with that -- because it's been a very difficult week. If I can lose weight this week, I should be able to keep the weight off no matter what. One of my family members is seriously ill right now. I haven't been sleeping enough or eating right the past week. I've been stress eating -- hitting the sugar, chocolate, and caffeine to make up for lost sleep, and skipping my exercises. I'm turning that around however. I got lots of sleep last night, ate a good breakfast today, and will do my exercises. It doesn't help anyone if I'm not in good shape from not taking care of myself.

Ooh, a party. I'm looking forward to that. I've already been shopping. I bought a new dress today, 2 skirts, a couple of blouses, and a light colored linen jacket that goes with everything.

Wow Jeanne, you're SO close, great job! Hurrah for all the losers this week, and for those who gained, stick with it, it'll come off! I'm down 1.75 this week, for a total of 6 pounds down this month :)
