Default Sugaaaaarrr!!!

Ahhh so the recommended ammount of sugar suggested on my fitness pal is 31g and well shoot it's 9 am and I've eaten half of that already... I had plain Greek yogurt and frozen berries no sugar added, what up with that? I always go over on my sugars it's just un avoidable... How is one suppose to stay so low? -.-

Your count so far includes the lactose from the yogurt and fructose from the berries. Don't worry so much about those sugars. Worry instead about keeping your added sugars low. I eat basically no added sugar and my daily sugar total hovers around 50g, just from the dairy and fruit that I eat.

Added sugars from like processed foods like my fiber one bars? They have 5g of sugar at 90 calories a bar...
