for the past like 2 weeks i've been stuck at 147lbs! Cannot get out of it! I would like to think it's a plateau but it can't be because i completely changed my exercise habits.. I went from treadmill/stairmaster to doing zumba and spinning classes! And nothing! I also checked my weight last night and then today and it said i GAINED a bit! i'm getting super scared, i worked so hard to lose the weight and now everything seems to be going wrong!
I've made changes to my eating habit in general, but even after the change I was losing weight.. now, nothing.
