I haven't even read all the replies, but I am right there with you! This past week I have been feeling so fat. I have been at the same weight, give or take 2 pounds, for the past few weeks and I feel like the weight will never come off! Someone saw me the other day and told me that I am "melting away." She asked if I felt thinner. I feel the opposite of thin. Yes, I can look at the numbers and look at some photos and realize that I am thinner. However, I just feel so heavy and dumpy. I don't think this feeling will go away until the scale drops again.
