Okay, it's Monday-we're all going to be here to help you get back on program today-you said this was your day!
Sandi has supported all of us here-it's our turn to help her.
Just wanted to wish you the best of luck. We've all had some setbacks, but the important thing is learning from them and trying again.

You can do this Sandy!! One day at a time. Jenniffer always told us ~ just do it for one day ~ one good OP day will lead to another and another. Just worry about today for today.
