Motivators: Staying on the Plan!

  • I have been so motivated this week!!! I don't know what has came over me lol. what has helped me is every morning I wake up and say WHY DO I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TODAY? and I pick 1 reason, just 1 to focus on and not the same one everyday because I would get bored of it.

    So my question is WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO STAY ON PLAN EACH DAY?
