Jiffypop - you and I must be close to the same age. I remeber doing Ayds too. To all the ones all of you have listed I can add some kind of shots that were made from horse urine or something...anyone remember that one? I even did one that made you use mineral oil instead of any other kind of oil on salads and stuff. (in case you don't know, mineral oil is a laxitive!). One of my all-time favorites was grapefruit and hard boiled eggs (that's all you ate). I had hives for six weeks, and still can't look a hard boiled egg in the face. I look back on all that now (40+ years of dieting) and feel so sad for the person who did all that, at her low self esteem and willingness to torture herself to be what society considers "normal"...whatever that is.
