Down 1.4 today so that's good since TOM isn't even over yet when DH and I went for our walk yesterday I pushed myself to keep up with him, he's 6'1, so I had to jog on n off for the 2 miles. So the 1.4 is probly from all the sweat
Well, we'll be having Easter Service here on Sunday and, of course, a dinner afterwards, so I've got a bunch of cleaning to do. I'm not worried about overeating for dinner, just have to stay away from the kids candy/choc.! I didn't buy them much since none of us really need to binge on sweets anyways.... oh who am I kidding... I didn't buy them much because they never eat it and then it starts calling my name and I'm the one who empties the baskets!
I'll still be checking in over the weekend but for anyone who might not be, I hope you have a blessed Easter weekend!

Welcome, Sarah. TOM = time of month.

I was insanely exhausted yesterday so no exercise last night, but I weighed in under 147 again this morning. That was good to see because I start feeling like skipping a workout will mean gaining 10 pounds overnight, which is not good thinking.

It sounds like lots of people have busy weekends coming up. Good luck with moving/hosting dinner/whatever else people have going on! I'll be cranking out tax returns all weekend, fantasizing about finding a new job (happy last day, Kukkie!). On the bright side, one of the partners will be bringing in his fabulous Newfie, the most huggable dog I've ever met.

Good Morning All!
Sorry I missed yesterday, I've been unwell with a sinus infection for the last few days. I was down 1.6lbs yesterday and today I'm down 0.6lbs! Which makes a total of 12.4lbs since I started on the 19th of March I'm very happy with those numbers. Especially after yesterday, I had such a must-eat-all-of-the-food-in-the-house kind of days!

Diana: I'm sure you're right that your gain was from sodium, fingers crossed you'll get a whoosh tomorrow!

Larry: Well done on the great numbers this month, it really is great to see the scales moving after a break!

justaloozer: Congrats on losing 1.4lbs yesterday and being half way to your mini goal!

Kukkie84: Way to go on breaking the 190's

Kelly: Way to go on the 1.4lbs today!!

Ok that's all from me for now! Hope everyone has a great friday!

Mags

I had a jump of almost 2lbs up! Not sure whats going on there. I had 2 coffees and mcdonalds for dinner. That was it all day. The mcdonalds definitely brought me up to my necessary cals for the day, but not over. And not over in sodium either. So much for the new decade this weekend.

Haven't exercised today mainly because I'm using today to get caught in my classes. Almost done then I'm free for the rest of the weekend. I lost another 1.1 pounds today as well, hopefully it will keep going. I'm so glad I'm officially out of the 270's no going back for me.

Diana
- Thanks!

For the rest of the crew here (and Diana too) Hope everyone has a fun and safe one.

HI Everyone! Quick post:

We planned on closing early today, but everything got derailed. I was taking my monthly books to the CPA and noticed a lot of police at all of the intersections. Things got really backed up all over the tri-county area. When I got to the CPA's office I told her about the problem and asked her advice about how to get back quicker. She called someone that she knows that's high up in the police dept. Come to find out VP Biden was in town again. The last time he came to town, he made me late for my hair appointment. What should have taken an hour or less to do today ended up being over 3 hours! Biden has a house in Kiawah Island. I guess he and the family were going there for Easter. There is no reason for him to mess up this area that bad by coming into Charleston. He should land at one of the private airports on Kiawah or one of the other islands. That is so ridiculous! He wasted what little time I have! Off my soapbox!

Exhausted doesn't even come close . . . I got a lot done but not nearly enough. I am really starting to panic. I loaded a 26 foot U-haul by myself today and unloaded it part way by myself before help arrived. If I could pick it up or haul on my dolly then I loaded it. I have so much more to do to be ready for my mover help that is supposed to be here tomorrow (I have no idea what time they are coming). I am going to hit the shower and go to bed for a few hours ~ get up around 3:00 or 4:00 (I hope).

I haven't been wearing my GWF armband but I put it on today (after I had already been up and moving for about 6 hours). It says I burned 4400 calories and walked almost 16,000 steps. I wonder what I really did since I didn't wear it all day. I will wear it the whole day tomorrow, but hopefully I won't have to work quite so hard tomorrow with the moving help I'm supposed to have. I bet I end up having to get another rental truck next weekend to finish up since I've spent so much time taking care of things for my mom and haven't got all my stuff packed yet. Yuk . . . yuk . . . yuk.

Good night all . . . if I don't get a chance to check in again I hope everyone has a great Easter.

ok, down another pound today to I'm back to where I started before my trip and those evil bagels Since TOM is still here, I'm hoping I'll still have another nice loss in the next few days.

Sarahfairhope TOM-time of month, and that usually means extra water weight that will fall off within a few days of being over

Mags ur doing great!

justalozer you can lose that 2 lbs just as fast as you lost it, it might be because of eating your whole allotment later in the day. I noticed if I eat my higher sodium soup after 7pm I will have a salt gain, but if I eat it for lunch, with plenty of time to down the water, I'm fine. plus you have all that food still sitting in there waiting to be digested, that weighs a lot.

Diana I'm sorry you've had to deal with politicians interrupting you schedules! as if it's not bad enough that they're messing up our entire country! I hope the rest of your weekend goes smoother

Kris I wish I lived closer, I'd be helping you with all that moving, but I can pray for you It'll all be done soon and then you have to promise to take some time to relax

Onami I hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Angie Happy Easter!

Jinxy Looking Good!

korij yay, 1 pound down!

kwigg nice drop!

steph I understand the fear about skipping a workout. The last time I lost a bunch of weight I never changed my eating habits, just worked out like a mad woman, so when I got hurt and the workouts stopped I really did gain it back. But if we watch what we consume then we don't have to worry, right This time around I'm cal. counting for weight loss and exercising to get fit so I don't have to freak out if I miss a day walking. Are you in maintenance now? if you are, what are your plans for it?
