i know why they call them dead lifts now.... anyway.
2:05 from walking out the front door to walking back in the front door. walking/stretching as a warm up, 45 mins on the elliptical, more stretching, 3 sets of 12 of 9 different strength training exercises (including deadlifts omg), then walking/stretching as a cool down. avg heart rate 140, highest 179
i do this at least twice a week, sometimes 3 times a week (with 2-3 days of just cardio, and 1 or 2 rest days). not losing weight, probably need to eat more healthy cals (i eat approx 2000 calories on the days i do this), but i definitely don't feel like a 270 pound female anymore
i definitely couldn't have done this a year ago.
