My week was a total bust. Between the end of soccer season, the end of school with field trips and event days to chaperone, working 2 jobs, dance recital this weekend, which meant rehearsals every night last week and shows all weekend, I went into survival mode and just tried to not gain!! This was my first truly challenging week since starting this in February and though I am not happy that I stayed the same I am also kind of proud that I didn't gain. We ate on the fly all week and counting calories went out the window, workouts went out the window. It was just get through it, please!! LOL And luckily I did, it's over, and onward I go.
This kind of week is the stuff that would throw me off for months in the past, but I have talked to myself a lot LOL over the last few months to prepare myself that this was going to happen every once in a while and that I could handle it. And I did, and I'm cool with it, and on with the progress.
Still sitting at 214 this week. And now that all these activities are done I am ready to kick it back into high gear, count diligently this week and get some extra workouts in. Looking forward to next Tuesday!
