We all have had our bad turns. Don't let it get you down, and DON'T give up. Sandi, you have been doing so great, you will again find that motivation.

Me, I am down this week -3 pounds. That much closer to my Easter goal.

I'm down to 223 this week. That's 5.5 pounds lost since last week. 39 pounds gone total.

I'm only 23 pounds to my first goal. I may do it before my birthday in June. YEAH!

Jeanne...you are doing so great.

Struggling friends...don't give up. The journey is worth it.

I am so happy to report that I am back on track and I am down 4 lbs this week!!!!! WOOHOO. I am also thinking of starting Jazzercise next week. Anyone else try Jazzercise before?

I came in at 204 today! Met my goal for this month! Yay! (Btw-trainer dude and I will be going out on tuesday. yay!)

290 last night. I want to break this plateau in the worst way.

On the bright side, at least I didn't gain 10# like I thought I would.
