It's so easy to say "I'm not thin," or "I'm not fit," or "I'm not....(fill in the blank)." What's challenging is thinking about the "I am. "

I am determined. I am getting healthier. I am making better food choices. I am incorporating exercise into my life.

Stop thinking about what you CAN'T do. Don't bother waiting till you get that perfect size, perfect weight, perfect number for you life to begin. Do it now. Start it now.

Now it is your turn "I AM....(fill in the blank)."

I am trying to love myself. I am controlling my binges as best I can! I am proud of myself for making this change! I am nervous about tomorrow because it is my first official hospital nursing experience (in nursing school) lol.
