Today was a snow day so all the kids were home and looking for stuff to eat for lunch. Then they asked to order PIZZA:devil: oh, that sounded soooo good but if I have pizza in the house I will binge and even only one piece kills me on the scale.:(So I said no, then the kids said they would make sure to eat it all so I wouldnt be tempted.... ya right, I've done that before. You know, just got stuff for the kids and the next thing I know I'm sneaking it behind their backs. So I said no again and I stuck to it and now I am happy with myself:D

Being able to say no is the strangely the best feeling in the world! Just wait until you can say no when it's right in front of you! :)

I am the same, I am on a no less than four relationship with pizza... as in I eat no less than 4 pieces, and then hope for leftovers! AH!
Definitely have been steering clear of it!

:bravo:I love all the help that is available here. I think it is awesome when we can celebrate all the little things that add up to big things in our lives. After all that is what it is all about!!! Way to go on the "no pizza". It is so easy to give in and take the easier route for the moment.
