Default anyone else doing Leslie Sansone tapes?

Hi,

The exercise thread looks really slow, so I figured I'd post this here.

Anyone else doing the Leslie Sansone tapes? I'm alternating between the Walk away the Pounds One Mile tape , and her "Miracle Mile" tape. Hope to make my way up to the two mile tapes. I'm actually sticking with them, can do them and enjoy it
The first few times I only made it partway through the workout, but I"m proud to say now I can make it to the end.

I was thinking of purchasing some other tapes of hers-maybe for toning/strength training. Any ideas?

Sherry

Default leslie sansone tapes

Hi Holly,

The choreography is nothing exciting, but that's the point-it's for uncoordinated klutzes like me who can't keep up with complicated steps. Besides walking in place, there are side steps, knee lifts, kicks, and lifting your legs back towards your behind (can't describe it correctly) In the Walk Away the Pounds you also use these weighted balls (you fill them with water) and do different arm exercises at the same time.

It would probably be really boring for someone like you who has done harder tapes, but she does have more difficult workouts as well, up to four mile tapes, and various strength training.

Hope that explanation helps. I've seen slimdown (dana) and someone else from this board post about them on the exercise thread too.

Take care,
Sherry
