This probably belongs on some goal page or something, (and feel free to move it if it does, I guss) but the 100lb club is my "family" here so I wanted to post it here.
A year ago today I weighed 323 pounds. The first pic is me at 302 on May 2 because that's the first time I would get in front of the camera and face the truth, but it's the closest I have to a clear "before".
The other half is me this morning weighing in at 217. Still a ways to go, but I'm getting there.
Changes in a year...
26-16 (26 was the biggest walmart carried...and they cut deep into me. Could've been a 30, honestly)
3 minute-3 hr workouts on wii fit to the treadmill and workout videos
I can't wait to see what changes I can make this next year!
