Default Non Scale Goals

Do you have any non-scale goals? Fitness goals? Do you ever try to challenge yourself with 5ks or trying a new veggie/recipe every week? Try a new workout every month?

I just started the 100 pushup challenge. I used to think for some reason that challenge was only for people that could do a full pushup and I've always been one that could never do even the girly pushups. I want to change that! I started the challenge with wall pushups on my last strength day. After I finish the program with wall pushups, I will have to see if I can do floor pushups, even if they are modified.

Do what you can to the best of your ability and see how quickly things change. Each time you try, push for one or 2 more or add a few on the floor. Good job. I wish someone had told me a year ago to try certain things at my gym even though I was 250+ pounds at the time. You will be amazed at your progress.

What is a wall push up? This sounds like a great new challenge for me.

It's a push up on the wall. It's easier cause it's on an incline.

Fitness Goal: To walk 2 miles and ride my exercise bike 4 miles daily.

Silly Personal Goal: Be able to wear the nursing scrubs they sell at Walmart.

Ok so not really fitness related but I work with 40 guys and my office is TINY. Would love to be able to slide behind someone to get to my desk instead of having to make a big deal where they have to move so I can get through
