All of the above! I feel bloated, lethargic, and can't seem to get rid of the munchies for several days before my period. Of course, then I feel grumpy about being bloated, lethargic, and constantly hungry. Why do we have to put up with this?!?!

I change my mind, it's not the bloating, it's the pain. Oh, the pain.

TOM is brutal! All 3 for me too! I just want to eat everything in sight during PMS time...and then just when the munchies end the bloating begins....and then the pain!!! It's a dieting setback time for me every month for sure.

I have to say it's my mood. I am so darn biotchy, it is not even funny. Being in a bad mood is not conducive to my weight loss success.

Yay! I lost 2.6 lbs of water retention since yesterday. Peed like crazy all night. Relief is in sight! Also ate half my breakfast and felt full. So the crazy cravings are calming down. Mood is still so-so but a bit brighter knowing TOM is near.
