Because I made my Valentine's Day goal of 165lbs early! I have never made a mini-goal before in the time frame I set out to. It's a first for me, and if I did it once, I can do it again!

because i am strong, powerful and motivated.

because i like to see my muscle work.

because i want to feed the muscle.

because i have a new found love for life.

because i want to keep working on a healthy relationship with food.

because i am a much happier person.

because 169 is only 3.2 lbs away - and nothing tastes as good as loosing 100 lbs feels.
