this cracked me up!

  • I was in Borders over the weekend looking at the exercise tapes. They had one called "big butts hit the beach." It was described as a workout for moms and other people with no time to work out-half aerobics and half yoga. I wonder if it's any good?

  • I've never heard of it, but it sounds funny lol. Are you going to get it?
  • This is the description from the net:

Description: Not just "butt exercises," you get two total-body workouts -- a solid yoga series and an easy-to-follow aero/tone program. Outdoors on a beachside platform, you'll work out with a mixed group of energetic exercisers (e.g. big and small, young and old, in-shape, out-of-shape). The 20-minute yoga section focuses on stress-reduction with a medley of traditional poses like cat, triangle, downward dog. The 30-minute aero/tone segment starts with mixed-impact aerobics -- the moves range from grapevines and mambos to jacks and marches. It ends with lower-body and ab-specific floorwork. (approx. 60 min.). (c)2001.

    Doesn't sound too bad!
